One of our key strengths is the colouration of plastics. Calling upon many years of know-how, we can create every nuance the customer wishes in our state-of-the-art equipped laboratory. Innovative processes allow us to dispense entirely with standard colours or ready-made pigment mixtures. Instead, we compose each shade from individual colour components, thus achieving a high degree of flexibility in colour adjustment: even in the case of compounds that contain colour-modifying components, e.g.  flame retardant agents, fibre glass or modifiers, we guarantee absolute colour trueness. This also allows us to react to even the tiniest influences such as the inherent variations of various raw materials and assure exceptional colour consistency both within and between the various batches.

We can also enhance colour adjustments with the following applications: e.g. brilliance, UV proofness, temperature resistance in processing, interaction with other ingredients or also resistance to cleaning agents used at a later stage in the use of prefabricated parts. Colour adjustments are performed on the basis of a reference. Ideally, this should be a granulate but sample parts, sample colour boards or even RAL colours can serve the purpose.
We know that there is more to black than meets the eye. Colour is a very complex subject. The brilliance factor alone of the prefabricated parts plays a very important role. This brilliance can be produced by the polymer or the tool structure. The tool design also influences results.
